Privacy Policy

Effective Date: July 14, 2026

Real Estate Rocks LLC, doing business as Realty ONE Group Capital (“Realty ONE Group Capital,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit a website owned or operated by Realty ONE Group Capital, including joinrealtyonegroupcapital.com, or communicate with us through a website inquiry.

This Privacy Policy applies only to websites owned or operated by Real Estate Rocks LLC under the Realty ONE Group Capital name. It does not apply to independently owned or operated websites maintained by individual real estate agents, third parties, or other Realty ONE Group businesses.

By using our websites or submitting information to us, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

We may collect information that you voluntarily provide through a contact form, agent recruiting form, email, or other website communication. This information may include:

  • First and last name
  • Email address
  • Telephone number
  • Information or comments included in a message or description field
  • Information related to your request or interest in Realty ONE Group Capital

Our website forms are intended to collect only the information reasonably necessary to respond to an inquiry. We do not request sensitive financial information, government identification numbers, background-check information, or real estate license documentation through our public website forms.

Additional professional or recruiting information may be requested separately after an initial conversation or meeting. Information collected outside our websites is not covered by this Privacy Policy unless expressly stated otherwise.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our websites, we and our technology providers may automatically collect certain information about your device and use of the website, including:

  • Internet Protocol address
  • Browser and device type
  • Operating system
  • Referring website or source
  • Pages viewed and links selected
  • Dates, times, and duration of visits
  • General geographic location derived from an Internet Protocol address
  • Interactions with advertisements or website features
  • Advertising and analytics identifiers
  • Information collected through cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies

We use tools that may include Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads conversion tracking, Google Ads remarketing, Google Analytics advertising features, and the Meta Pixel.

These technologies may collect information about your activity over time and across websites or online services. This information may be used to measure advertising performance, understand how visitors use our websites, and present advertisements that may be more relevant to visitors.

2. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Cookies are small files placed on a computer, mobile device, or browser when a person visits a website. We may use cookies and similar technologies for purposes such as:

  • Operating and securing our websites
  • Remembering website settings or preferences
  • Understanding website traffic and visitor behavior
  • Measuring the effectiveness of advertising campaigns
  • Recording conversions and responses to advertisements
  • Creating or using advertising audiences
  • Supporting remarketing and interest-based advertising

Some cookies may be placed by third-party analytics or advertising providers. Those providers may associate information collected through our websites with information they receive from other websites, applications, devices, or sources, subject to their own privacy policies.

Managing Cookies and Advertising Preferences

Most browsers permit users to block, limit, or delete cookies through browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect the operation of some website features.

Visitors may also adjust advertising preferences directly through the privacy and advertising settings offered by their browsers, devices, Google, Meta, and other advertising providers.

You may contact us at admin@rogsells.com to request that we stop using personal information directly associated with you for targeted advertising or future marketing. A request submitted to us may not automatically delete cookies already stored on your device or prevent data collection controlled independently by third-party providers. You may need to adjust your browser, device, Google, or Meta settings separately.

Where applicable law requires us to recognize a legally valid browser-based opt-out preference signal, we will process that signal as required by law. Our ability to recognize such signals may depend on the configuration of our website and advertising technology.

3. How We Use Information

We may use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to contact and recruiting inquiries
  • Communicate about the specific request submitted by a visitor
  • Schedule recruiting meetings or other requested conversations
  • Provide information about Realty ONE Group Capital
  • Operate, maintain, secure, and improve our websites
  • Understand website traffic and visitor engagement
  • Measure advertising and marketing campaign performance
  • Record advertising conversions
  • Conduct advertising and remarketing
  • Detect misuse, security incidents, or technical problems
  • Protect our legal rights and the rights of others
  • Comply with legal, regulatory, licensing, or governmental requirements

Submitting a website inquiry does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive unrelated ongoing marketing communications by text message or telephone.

4. Calls, Text Messages, and Email

When you provide a telephone number or email address through a website form, Realty ONE Group Capital may contact you manually by telephone, text message, or email for the purpose of responding to your specific inquiry.

We do not use website form submission as authorization to make prerecorded calls, artificial-voice calls, or automated marketing text messages.

We may send continuing recruiting or promotional emails through our email communications provider, including Happy Grasshopper, when legally permitted. Commercial marketing emails will include a method for unsubscribing. You may also opt out by contacting us at admin@rogsells.com.

Unsubscribing from promotional emails will not prevent us from sending nonmarketing communications that are necessary to respond to an active request, complete a requested service, or address an administrative, legal, or security matter.

5. Advertising Audiences

We may use advertising platforms to reach audiences that may be interested in Realty ONE Group Capital.

Our websites may use Google advertising technologies to create or reach advertising audiences based on website activity.

A local Realtor association or multiple listing service may independently create or manage advertising audiences using membership information. Realty ONE Group Capital does not directly create or manage those membership lists for Meta advertising. The collection and use of information by those organizations are governed by their own policies and procedures.

We do not sell personal information to third parties in exchange for money.

We do not receive compensation for transferring website recruiting inquiries to another Realty ONE Group office or unrelated business.

6. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose information in the following circumstances.

Brokerage Management

Information submitted through our websites may be accessible to Realty ONE Group Capital brokerage managers who need the information to respond to inquiries, schedule meetings, or administer recruiting activities.

We may provide information to companies that perform services on our behalf, such as:

  • Website platform and hosting providers
  • Email and communications providers
  • Scheduling providers
  • Website maintenance providers
  • Analytics providers
  • Advertising and conversion-measurement providers
  • Information security and technology providers

These providers may process information only as permitted by their agreements, their own privacy policies, and applicable law.

Legal and Safety Reasons

We may disclose information when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to:

  • Comply with a law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or governmental request
  • Enforce an agreement or protect our legal rights
  • Investigate fraud, abuse, security concerns, or unlawful activity
  • Protect the safety, rights, or property of Realty ONE Group Capital, website visitors, or others
  • Establish, exercise, or defend a legal claim

Business Transactions

Information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, change of control, or similar business transaction. Any successor may continue to process information as described in this Privacy Policy, subject to applicable law.

7. Scheduling Services

Our websites may link to an external scheduling service, such as Calendly. When you use a scheduling service, you provide information directly to that service. The scheduling provider may collect information such as your name, email address, telephone number, appointment selection, and other information you choose to provide.

The scheduling service may also send appointment confirmations or reminders based on its settings. Information collected directly by a scheduling provider is subject to that provider’s privacy policy and terms.

8. External Websites and Social Media

Our websites may contain links to third-party websites and platforms, including scheduling services, social media sites, video platforms, and other Realty ONE Group resources.

These external services are not controlled by us. Selecting an external link may permit the third party to collect information from you. We are not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of independently operated websites or services. You should review the privacy policy of any external service you use.

9. Data Retention

We may retain website inquiries and related correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to:

  • Respond to the inquiry
  • Maintain appropriate business and recruiting records
  • Document communications
  • Protect our legal interests
  • Meet legal, regulatory, tax, licensing, or recordkeeping obligations

Website inquiries may be retained indefinitely unless deletion is requested or we determine that the information is no longer needed.

Unsuccessful recruiting inquiries are not intentionally maintained for future outreach after the inquiry is concluded, except where the information remains in ordinary email records, backups, legal records, or other systems maintained for legitimate business purposes.

When we receive a valid deletion request, we will delete or deidentify information from active and reasonably accessible records unless we are legally permitted or required to retain it.

Backup copies may remain for a limited period until they are overwritten through ordinary system processes.

10. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. These safeguards include HTTPS encryption for website communications, access restrictions, and multifactor authentication for applicable business systems.

Access to submitted information is limited to brokerage management and service providers with a legitimate need for access.

No website, email system, or method of electronic storage is completely secure. We therefore cannot guarantee that information will never be accessed, altered, lost, or disclosed without authorization.

11. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request that we:

  • Confirm whether we maintain personal information about you
  • Provide access to personal information associated with you
  • Correct inaccurate personal information
  • Delete personal information
  • Provide a copy of personal information
  • Stop sending promotional emails
  • Stop using identifiable personal information for targeted advertising
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

To submit a request, email admin@rogsells.com with the subject line Privacy Request.

Please include your name, email address, the nature of your request, and enough information for us to locate the relevant records. Do not submit sensitive identification documents unless we specifically request them through an appropriate method.

Verification

We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before processing a request. Verification may include confirming that the request was sent from the email address associated with the relevant inquiry or requesting additional non-sensitive information.

We may decline or limit a request when:

  • We cannot reasonably verify the requester’s identity
  • The request relates to another person
  • The request is fraudulent, abusive, excessive, or technically infeasible
  • Retention is required or permitted by law
  • The information is necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims
  • An exception under applicable law applies

We will generally respond to a verified request within 45 days, or within another period required by applicable law. When legally permitted, we may extend the response period and will provide notice of the extension.

We will not discriminate against a person for exercising an applicable privacy right.

Appeals

Where applicable law provides a right to appeal our decision, you may submit an appeal by emailing admin@rogsells.com with the subject line Privacy Request Appeal. The request should identify the original decision and explain the reason for the appeal.

12. Children’s Privacy

Our websites are intended for adults who are at least 18 years old. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

A parent or legal guardian who believes a child has provided personal information through one of our websites may contact us at admin@rogsells.com to request its deletion.

13. United States Operations

Our websites and recruiting services are intended for users located in the United States. We do not intentionally market our services to residents of the European Union, United Kingdom, or other international jurisdictions.

If you access our websites from outside the United States, you understand that information may be processed and stored in the United States.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes to our websites, business practices, technology, or legal obligations.

When we make changes, we will revise the effective date at the top of the policy. Material changes may also be communicated through an appropriate website notice or another reasonable method.

Your continued use of our websites after an updated policy becomes effective constitutes acknowledgment of the revised policy.
